Scheduled to open in 2009, NFL YET-Hawaii will be operated by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hawaii. The 10,000-square foot facility, situated on 1.61 acres of Hawaiian Home Lands in Nanakuli, will include an outdoor amphitheater, native Hawaiian garden, arts & crafts center, technology center and multi-media studio, teen center, community room and a learning center.

Additionally, the NFL YET-Hawaii will be the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified after-school facility in the YET network.

Scheduled to break ground in 2008, Windward Clubhouse will be wonderful addition to the community by offering state of the art programs and services including:
- Teen Center - place to hang out
- Learning Center - for homework; tutoring; quiet games; various classes;

- Computer Center - with possible addition for videography;
- Shop - woodworking, etc;
- Game Room/ “Drop-in” Center;
- Kitchen - adequate for cooking classes;
- Gym - athletics; dance classes; special events
